Ashot Mkhitaryan

Ashot Mkhitaryan is the only Armenian coach who has received a coaching license in the "kata" style in the individual program from the WKF.

Today he leads the kata direction of the league and works with the national team. More than 3 coaches train in his groups.

Why kata

He is convinced that kata is the "alphabet" of karate: without the correct form, no strike will work in competitive conditions. He works on breathing, balance and the rhythm of movement.
